At EaseWave™, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In its original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Swimwear and items that have been worn or washed
- Sale or clearance items marked as final sale
- Gift cards
- Items damaged due to misuse or negligence
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please use our Contact Us page and include your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return authorisation and instructions on how to send your item back.
Please do not send your purchase back without first contacting us.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, please:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted
- Contact your bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please get in touch via our Contact Us page.
Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over £50, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
